This policy covers Once Rewrite, Once Docs, Once Keep, Once Meetings, Once Study and Once Pro (the "Once apps"), published by SiteWire AI.

The Once apps do not collect any data. There is no account, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. Everything you type, photograph, record or import stays on your device.
Text, documents, photos, recordings and notes you bring into a Once app are processed on your iPhone using the on-device Apple Intelligence models built into iOS 27. Nothing is sent to SiteWire AI, and we operate no servers for these apps.
Where a task is too large for the on-device model, iOS may hand it to Apple's Private Cloud Compute. That is a service run by Apple, not by us; Apple states that data sent to it is not stored and is not accessible to Apple. It is governed by Apple's privacy policy.
Paid apps and the Once Pro unlock are sold through the App Store. Apple handles payment and keeps the purchase record; we receive no personal information about you from a purchase.
Once Keep asks for the camera and photo library to read receipts and warranties. Once Meetings asks for the microphone to record. Once Docs asks to open files you choose. Each permission is used only for that feature, and you can withdraw it at any time in Settings.
Your data lives in the app's own storage on your device and in your iCloud backup if you have that turned on. Deleting the app deletes its data. Because we hold nothing, there is nothing for us to export or erase on your behalf.
The Once apps are rated 4+ and collect no data from anyone, including children.
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
